Customer Registration

Collecting customer-required information and attaching requested documents by the customer service department or by using the client’s mobile application.

Quotation & Installation

The engineering team will generate a quotation for the customer and issue a bill. The billing system will issue an installation plan once the bill is paid by the customer.

Maintenance

Follow up on both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Also, manage spare parts used in maintenance.

Ticketing & Follow up

All-in-one help desk ticketing system converts every customer query into a ‘ticket’ and streamlines all channels of customer communication.

INSTALLATION SURVEY

Upon Customer registration, An installation survey will take place to allow the engineering team to issue a quotation for the customer.

SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE SURVEY

All installed equipment and digital meters have a maintenance schedule. Each maintenance plan has a survey filled out by the engineering team.

UNSCHEDULED MAINTENANCE SURVEY

Based on incidental problems, the engineering team fills unscheduled maintenance survey to identify the problem and take action.

Based on our understanding of engineering operation processes which are based on Intro Distribution’s documentation & system analysis discussions, the engineering operation module will be built to cover all of Intro Distribution’s needs.

The engineering operation module covers all operational processes. Starting after customer registration & kicks off the pre-installation evaluation survey, passing throw the quotation and installation plan. then the implementation and releasing of the customer’s equipment from the inventory, then the scheduled maintenance and unscheduled maintenance.

Meter Inventory

Managing Meters stock becomes more reliable and accurate. Using this module, you can track meters from one customer to another and easily define meters on hand even when the meter is inactive.

Meter Barcode

Using advanced Smart Tools and meters’ barcode, Identifying meters becomes more flexible and fast. The meter’s barcode also facilitates validation processes during installation and maintenance plans.

Purchasing Meters

Meter integration starts with purchasing or adding a new meter to the system. Once it is defined on the system, the whole journey of the meter is become tracked. Purchasing process, if needed, is controlled by the customer’s approved quotation.

Meter API

The meter Module acts as an MDM system, which connects digital meters using its SDK to gather meter readings. Also, the meter module gives the ability to control the meter remotely to the engineering team allowing them to activate and deactivate the meter upon needed.

MINIMIZE YOUR EFFORT AND SAVE TIME

Based on customers’ consumption, consumer segments, and rates, an invoice will be automatically issued. Customer service agents could print any due invoice instantly from the system and collect payment from customers in customer service offices. The customer termination process is considered and calculating the due amount is a matter of seconds.

Billing & Payment Gateway module

This module facilitates payment transaction by the transfer of information between a payment portal (such as a website, mobile app, or Customer Service offices) and the front end processor. Luckily, multiple front-end payment processors are available in the Egypt market, and we can integrate one or more payment front-end processors in the system at your convenience.

The Billing Module generates all the necessary financial transactions automatically for all active customers based on their billing cycle. With no effort, the final invoice for each customer is calculated and issued.

IDENTIFYING METER USING BARCODE OR QR CODE

Based on field visit, we informed that each meter has its unique Barcode, and if not found, a barcode or QR Code sticker will be printed and attached with the meter to act as unique identifier for each meter. Our solution will utalize this Barcode or QR Code and increase data managment and analytics.

Based on the field visit, Intro Distribution suggests using 2 devices on each site. For now, we will implement smart tools on two sites only with the capability to increase this number later.

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENTAPP OVERVIEW

Building a Mobile app that allows clients to access their profiles on go.

The customer profile is instantly created once the customer is registered by the customer service agent.
All installation-required documents could be uploaded by mobile app.
Customers will get an installation quotation and can pay for it.
Monthly usage will be shown in the app.
Monthly invoices will be available and can be paid using different payment methods.

Customers can submit support requests through the application and follow up support requests status.
