Create Archiving

Creating and archiving submittals is converted into a simple process. Automatically the system will generate a unique Submittal code by any pattern you need.

Approval Process

One of the features of this module. is the approval process, as it allows you to follow all the steps and stages starting from (the submittal, who approved it, to the one who archived it) where the head of the department can reject the submittal and return it for modification.

Drawings Files

You can archive each submittal with its drawings files and retrieve it with simple clicks. Still, you can share files internally and externally through the secure linking system, allowing only authorized personnel to access files.

Drawing comments

  • Based on each submission, consultants can review the drawings, give comments on each drawing, and request further requirements and instructions.
  • Consultants can give a score for each drawing and the status of the drawing will be updated in the drawings list.
  • The ability to manage the process of automatically re-adjusting the drawing is also available. It is also possible to archive each comment or bunch of comments on the system for each drawing.
